Hi, I’m Cindy
My fitness journey started in 2015 when I knew I wanted to see a real change in my body, the light & cute workouts weren’t getting me results, and I was intimated by the gym. The large equipment, the “bro” culture, and the fear of looking like “that girl” kept me away.

After years of working with my own trainer and pushing past my fears, the gym is now my second home, and it can be the same for you. Strength training with heavy weights is the key to my success and is NOT as scary as I thought they were. I now bring my own personal journey and years working with celebrity trainers to women (AND MEN… I love the guys too) into the gym. I believe that working out should be FUN, so you can count on me to bring the high-energy and good vibes you focus on just bringing yourself.
Together, we’ll push you towards your fitness goals, keep you motivated and consistent, and help you fall in love with working out AND the gym.

Why I Train?
Because I’ve been there! Trying to figure out what works for my body, seeing results, hitting plateaus, and figuring out nutrition. And though I’m not a nutritionist, I have enough knowledge to help you approach your meals in a way to help your results shine through while helping you cut past the fluff in the fitness world. I train because working out can be fun and something you look forward to and not a way to punish yourself. And let’s be real… I built a booty that I love and want to help you sculpt yours too!
It’s A Lifestyle, Not A Destination.
Fitness should be a lifestyle and not a destination. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle means leaving room to ENJOY, have fun, eat good fun, and not aim to be perfect during this process.
